Uses: Many spiritual practitioners, from traditional shamans to contemporary healers, have the versatile Quartz crystal in their possession. Indeed, the remedial uses of this stone are many. It can be taken internally when formulated into an elixir (see chapter 5, Crystal Medicine 5: Sun and Moon Water tonic for Wholeness of Being), worn as jewellery, carried in a medicine pouch, or combined with metals and other stones to be fashioned into various transformational tools.
